We do everything in our power to ensure that all information on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are indicated in Canadian currency.

It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then cancel the order and reimburse the sums paid in return, if this is the case.

Your sole remedy for failure to comply with the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for a refund.

In the event that you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but at the latest within 24 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to through the contact us form and telling us in sufficient detail the error that was made.

Return policy

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value is permitted.

Returning the item(s) is at the customer's expense .

We accept exchanges for a period of 2 days following the delivery date registered with Canada Post.

The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged.
